Returns Policy

1. Digital Products & Tickets
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of event tickets, digital downloads, and subscription plans are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@rastyle.co.ke.
2. Event Tickets
- Event Cancelled by Organizer: Full refund issued automatically within 5–10 business days.
- Event Postponed: Tickets remain valid for the new date, or a refund may be requested within 14 days of the announcement.
- Buyer Cannot Attend: Tickets can be transferred to another person through our ticket transfer feature. Refunds are not available for buyer's change of plans.
3. Physical Merchandise (Rastyle Shop)
Physical merchandise purchased through the Rastyle Shop (powered by Shopify) is subject to the individual vendor's return policy. In general:
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Creator Subscription Plans
Creator subscription plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@rastyle.co.ke with:
- Your order/booking reference number
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, photos, etc.)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
