The Rastyle Cultural Constitution

Preamble

We, the people of Rastyle Republik, united by our love for reggae music and culture, establish this Cultural Constitution to guide our community's growth, protect the authenticity of our heritage, and ensure that every voice is heard.

Article I — Unity Through Music

Reggae music is the heartbeat of our community. We commit to preserving its roots while embracing its evolution across all sub-genres: Roots, Dancehall, Dub, Lovers Rock, Ska, Rocksteady, and beyond.

Article II — Respect & One Love

Every member of the Rastyle community is treated with dignity and respect, regardless of origin, ethnicity, gender, or background. The spirit of "One Love" guides all interactions.

Article III — Creator Rights

Creators are the lifeblood of our platform. We pledge to:

• Protect creators' intellectual property
• Ensure fair compensation for all creative work
• Provide tools and support for creator growth
• Maintain transparency in all financial dealings

Article IV — Cultural Authenticity

We honor the Jamaican and African roots of reggae culture while celebrating its global reach. Cultural appropriation is addressed through education, not exclusion.

Article V — Community Standards

All community members agree to:

• Promote positivity and constructive dialogue
• Report harmful content or behavior
• Support emerging artists and new community members
• Participate in cultural preservation efforts

Article VI — Amendments

This Constitution may be amended through community consensus, ensuring it evolves with our growing global community.
